Under Logicap’s partnership, Pragati operates as a core development platform — sourcing land, developing best-in-class facilities, and managing assets across high-demand logistics corridors. The platform serves a diverse occupier base spanning e-commerce, FMCG, automotive, and third-party logistics, with assets strategically located to support India’s growing supply chain requirements.
