We established a joint venture with Hulic Co., Ltd., the Tokyo-listed real estate group — marking Hulic’s first investment in industrial real estate in India. Seeded with stabilised assets near Pune and Chennai, the partnership underscores the growing confidence of Japanese institutional capital in our platform and our shared vision for long-term growth across India.

Our partnership with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. (MEC) — one of Japan’s largest real estate groups — began in September 2024 with a joint venture to develop modern industrial and logistics facilities across India, seeded with operating assets in the Delhi NCR region. The relationship has since deepened through a follow-on investment in April 2025, extending the venture into Chennai and reflecting a shared commitment to building institutional-grade infrastructure at scale.
